    Our in-home Consultation session marks our first encounter with your space and lays the foundation for a tailored project brief.

    During this session, we immerse ourselves in your project, exploring specific requirements, potential challenges, and your ultimate goals. This is where we get to know your space intimately and discuss essential details such as timelines and the scope of work.

    What to Expect:

    • Understanding Your Vision: We delve into the intricacies of your project to understand your design aspirations.

    • Customised Project Brief: Our in-home consultation helps us create a bespoke project brief tailored to your space.

    • Exploration of Specifics: We go beyond the surface, exploring the specific requirements, potential challenges, and your unique goals.

    • Timelines and Scope Discussion: We will discuss timelines and define the scope of work to ensure a smooth and transparent process.

    • Questionnaire: You also will receive a questionnaire form to complete. This will be used as the basis of your project throughout the process.

    Design Development:

    • Developed drawings tailored to your package.

    • Finishes, Fixtures, and Fittings Schedules

    • Construction Details for bespoke joineries.

    • Ongoing Coordination with trades or contractors.

    • Project Procurement with supplier orders and budget tracking.

    Client Offboarding Package and Sign-Off: A streamlined conclusion ensuring your satisfaction and project sign-off.

  • Our journey begins with an in-home consultation. You'll receive a detailed questionnaire crafted to assess your design preferences and unique style.

    Based on your responses, we curate a Personalised Design Brief Package, capturing every crucial step of your design journey. This comprehensive guide serves as our roadmap, ensuring we stay on track to achieve the design you'll love.

    We delve into key topics, including design style, client involvement, budget considerations, and much more

  • Preparation: A design program is developed to establish project objectives, feasibilities, and project opportunities/constraints.

    On-Site Measurement: Conducting precise measurements on-site.

    As-Built Drawing: Development of an as-built drawing based on the measurements, considering existing space and spatial relationships for the new design.

    Review & Approval: Client approval of the design program and spatial planning before initiating the concept design phase.

    This sequence ensures a smooth transition from the initial preparation phase through to client approval, setting the stage for the upcoming design phases.

  • Ideation: once the program is approved, the concept design phase begins.

    Design solutions are brainstormed through Photographs, sketches & writings before refining suitable ideas into one key design concept.

    Principal Design Idea: A design concept and supporting documents are produced to describe and suit the principal design idea.

    At this stage, we will discuss if any design iterations are needed before design development.

  • Design Approval:

    The concept design review/approval may be presented to you in way of:

    1. Schematic Drawings

    2. Moodboards

    3. Materials & Finishes Presentation

    4. Cost estimation

    Drawings & Sketches: upon approval final construction documentation is produced including relevant drawings and schedules.

  • Final drawings and schedules are approved.

    The project is formally priced and materials, fixtures, and fittings are ordered.

    Materials and products are delivered and inspected and ready to be installed.

    Site Visits:

    Materials and products are delivered and inspected and ready to be installed.

    Construction: Tradespeople are supervised & managed by our nominated team.

    Upon completion of works, a final site visit is scheduled to ensure all parties are satisfied with the project's quality and process.
